The Richwood Bank Operations Intern will assists the Operations department staff with duties including research, data entry, filing, general department functions, and special projects. As an intern, you will participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with the assigned manager, participate in departmental meetings, and attend Richwood Bank huddle meetings. You are also encouraged to recommend ideas for process improvement and become familiar with the Richwood Bank values and missions. Upon the internship's completion, candidates will complete a final project outlining their experience and present it to the Management team. Responsibilities

  • Follow the organization's project management methodology for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects
  • Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and document scope; utilize document templates to create project plans, work plans, project schedules, and various registers; schedule and facilitate meetings and monitor risks
  • Monitor and analyze the project team's progress toward project completion; maintain communication with senior management and escalate changes or issues accordingly, within the assigned level of authority
  • Analyzes profitability, policy, programs, and staffing to ensure optimal business results; initiates and directs complex projects, including those managed by others
  • Participate in various projects with operations team members
  • Collaborates in the intern group project
  • Presents with intern group – collaborative project
  • Completes final department project outlining experience with Richwood Bank
  • Presents final department project to Management
  • Ensures work completed is accurate and appropriate. Verifies and validates all data to confirm accuracy and reliability. Paying close attention to details of all information received and entered.
