About The Position

The Operations Intern supports the Director of Operations by assisting with data collection, reporting, and system alignment across multiple departments. This role plays a key part in maintaining data accuracy, performing quality checks, and ensuring operational systems work cohesively to support organizational goals. This internship will be starting on June 1, 2026 and ending on August 7, 2026. This role requires intern to work 100% onsite in our San Diego HQ. Housing assistance and stipends are not provided. Requirements

  • Must complete and pass background check.
  • Currently enrolled and in good standing at an accredited university or recent graduate
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Proficient computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, internet search engines
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to research, collect, and analyze data
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift 15lbs

Responsibilities

  • Retrieve, maintain, organize, and interpret data from multiple system platforms
  • Collaborate with Quality Compliance Analyst to perform quality checks and cross-references to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and systems
  • Collaborate with the IT, Facilities, Safety, and Referral departments to ensure systems and processes are aligned
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal use
  • Conduct research and data collection to support operational decision-making
  • Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues as needed
  • Support ongoing operational projects and initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations
