About The Position

We are seeking motivated and talented business/engineering students to join our team for our summer internship program. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Operations Management. These positions will be located in our Niles, Oh facility. The program is anticipated to start at the end of May 2026, and run through the beginning of August 2026, with the total duration anticipated to be between 10-12 weeks. Interns will be assigned to specific departments based on their area of interest and expertise. Each intern will work on a department-specific project, gaining valuable experience and contributing to real-world solutions. Operations Intern Prepare participants for leadership roles by providing hands-on experience in various manufacturing functions. Collaborate cross functionally to help identify and define production related issues and work to provide solutions. Ensure compliance with and enforce EHS policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum completion of Sophomore level coursework from an accredited institution with a current cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
