We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Hospitality Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a current college student with a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude towards providing exceptional guest experiences. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Guest Services: Assist in providing excellent customer service to guests by greeting them, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Event Planning Support: Support the hospitality team in planning and executing events, including meetings, conferences, weddings, and other special occasions. Assist with logistics, coordination, and onsite management. Front Desk Operations: Learn and assist with front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservation management, and handling guest requests. Housekeeping Assistance: Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Food and Beverage Service: Support food and beverage operations by assisting with meal service, setting up dining areas, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in promoting hospitality services and special offers through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the hospitality department, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
