About The Position

We’re a successful fast growing company based in Louisville, Kentucky. We’re growing rapidly, undergoing a national expansion. We’ve averaged 50% revenue growth each year over the past 8 years. We’re looking for a Fleet Support Specialist to help play an important part in our growth. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing plans when expanding a company. You'll experience the satisfying feeling of having your ideas immediately put into action -- no waiting for a committee or bureaucracy to approve them first. Purpose: This role serves to support the operations team with various technical and administrative duties. The main purpose of this role is to oversee all key machine related tasks. This position will also be responsible for preparing vans for field use, keeping fleet records updated, and for reconditioning and cleaning older vehicles for relaunch. This person will also assist with monitoring and responding to tickets from field employees needing assistance.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Able to troubleshoot key machines currently in use by CKE and make minor repairs, adjustments and calibrations
  • Communicate with equipment vendors when diagnosing or requesting repairs
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Detail oriented, and self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast paced environment, handle change and make decisions independently
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Maintain and adhere to confidential and proprietary information
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and activities
  • Familiarity with G-Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Technical and mechanical know-how of commercial vehicles is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting key machine issues
  • Managing the key machine repair process
  • Assisting with the ticketing system and equipment management
  • Ensuring van equipment records are up to date
  • Preparing outgoing vans, completing van departure checklist
  • Clean and recondition used vans being redeployed
  • Assist garage team with building vans as needed
  • Maintain strong functional relationships with Car Keys Express account managers - Working with account managers to problem solve and diagnose issues/faults.
  • Providing relevant information to supervisors, co-workers via telephone, in written form, email, or in person.
