Role Overview This role sits at the intersection of Supply Chain, Project Management, and Field Service Operations. The Fleets Operations Specialist ensures projects are set up correctly, executed cleanly from a procurement and documentation standpoint, and closed out with full financial and operational integrity. This position is critical to maintaining operational rigor, visibility, and accountability across projects.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and teams
  • Proactive, accountable, and able to drive tasks to completion
  • Experience in operations, supply chain, project coordination, or field service support preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain & Procurement Reconcile parts purchased via company credit cards and ensure alignment with project and financial records
  • Support procurement requirements, including entering purchase orders into ProcureDesk
  • Track and resolve outstanding compliance documentation (COI, ACH, tax exemption forms)
  • Project Management & Administration Set up and maintain standardized project folders
  • Pre-populate project summaries using data from project ADTs
  • Track active projects and flag gaps or risks related to documentation or procurement
  • Manage project wrap-up by posting all required FinOps and closeout documentation
  • Field Service Support Follow up on open or incomplete field service work orders
  • Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and closed in a timely manner
