About The Position

This role sits at the intersection of Supply Chain, Project Management, and Field Service Operations. The Fleets Operations Specialist ensures projects are set up correctly, executed cleanly from a procurement and documentation standpoint, and closed out with full financial and operational integrity. This position is critical to maintaining operational rigor, visibility, and accountability across projects.

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain & Procurement
• Reconcile parts purchased via company credit cards and ensure alignment with project and financial records
• Support procurement requirements, including entering purchase orders into ProcureDesk
• Track and resolve outstanding compliance documentation (COI, ACH, tax exemption forms)
• Project Management & Administration
• Set up and maintain standardized project folders
• Pre-populate project summaries using data from project ADTs
• Track active projects and flag gaps or risks related to documentation or procurement
• Manage project wrap-up by posting all required FinOps and closeout documentation
• Field Service Support
• Follow up on open or incomplete field service work orders
• Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and closed in a timely manner
