The Coordinator provides transactional, administrative, and technical support for Facilities Management Operations and the Associate Vice President of Operations by processing daily financial, procurement, and human resources tasks under the direction of the Manager. This role enters and reconciles transactions, maintains personnel and budget records, and ensures compliance with university and state requirements. The Coordinator prepares documentation for review and approval by the Operations Financial Accounting Manager and serves as a point of contact for routine HR and purchasing inquiries, supporting efficient operations across a large and diverse department.
