About The Position

We’re looking for an Operations Executive to be the heartbeat of our Kansas City office, creating an environment where Two Circlers feel energized, supported, and proud to come to work. This is a varied and hands-on role that blends office experience, culture and engagement, operational support, and executive assistance. You’ll work closely with our Operations team and the wider People team to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across North America.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, well-organised, and high-energy office environment.
Be the first point of contact for teammates, visitors, and clients.
Oversee day-to-day office operations including supplies, vendors, and facilities.
Maintain a space that reflects the Two Circles brand.
Plan and deliver team days, social events, and support the Summer Festival.
Support huddles and encourage collaboration and communication.
Partner with the People Team on engagement initiatives.
Support onboarding logistics and welcoming new joiners.
Coordinate workspace setup and introductions.
Support offboarding processes with the People Team.
Provide ad hoc EA support to the Executive Leadership Group.
Coordinate leadership visits, meetings, and travel.
Provide ad hoc operational support across the region.
Partner with the New York Office Manager to ensure consistency.
