The Operations Team at Pella Northland is focused on providing excellent service to our customers through our field services, warehouse/delivery, and service departments. As an Operations Intern you'll work on several special projects to support and drive efficiencies within the team and leave Pella with a deep appreciation of the importance of the customer experience. You’ll have an opportunity to experience exposure to complex customer scenarios while learning how a focus on the customer experience can impact brand integrity long term. This position will be temporary, 40 hours a week during the Summer of 2026 for a duration of 8 to 12 weeks. Salary: $20/hour

Responsibilities

  • Support the operations teams to provide quality customer service to internal and external customers, this may include: Phone screening Email Support Data entry in Excel, OMS, PIES, Salesforce, and OSC
  • Complete data clean-up and analysis projects to support the teams
  • Produce reports and metrics for review by the team daily/weekly/monthly
  • Special projects in support of the order fulfillment, field services, warehouse/delivery and service departments
  • Special projects focused on improving customer experience and promoting customer experience internally
  • Assisting with special events such as large group trainings, marketing events (State Fair Booth), team meetings, etc.
  • Deliver product to customer job sites as needed
  • Other duties as required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and be in compliance with the company Fleet Safety Policy.
