Operations Director - Heart & Vascular ICCE
About The Position
The Executive Director of Network Development reports to the System Administrative Officer. The Executive Director of Network Development is responsible for partnering with ICCE Leadership to align and execute the strategy and Business Development plan of the H&V ICCE, with particular focus on activities in the RHN and our Affiliates. Under limited supervision, the Executive Director of Network Development oversees and provides leadership for all strategic program development activities for their areas of responsibility. This role interacts pro-actively with other directors, leaders, physicians, nurses and other members of the health care delivery team at our RHN and affiliate to achieve desired outcomes. The Executive Director not only represents areas under their direct responsibility but also provides leadership around organization-wide initiatives to improve patient care, clinical effectiveness, and patient access and to optimize patient experience and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- 10 years progressive work experience and 5 years management experience.
- State licensure and/or professional certification requirement/s dependent on position.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required
