The individual in the operations, customer & office support role is a trusted, central point of contact for our carriers, and customers and support our day-to-day operations. This person will support our staff to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of freight for our customers while building and maintaining relationships with carriers. Monday – Friday 10:00am – 7:00pm and alternating weekend availability and coverage remotely.
