About The Position

Clark's White Glove Delivery is growing fast, and we're looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Office Assistant with logistics experience to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the center of the action-supporting drivers, coordinating deliveries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience every day. This is not a typical desk job. You'll play a key role in the daily flow of a white-glove logistics operation, working closely with our operations and delivery teams to ensure every job is executed with precision and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or delivery operations preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills-you can juggle priorities without dropping the ball
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel experience is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and solution-focused
  • Customer-first mindset with a calm, professional demeanor
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and internal communications with confidence and professionalism
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain operational documents, reports, and records
  • Handle data entry, tracking, and file management with a high level of accuracy
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, designers, and vendors
  • Provide clear, accurate updates on delivery schedules and service details
  • Proactively resolve issues and ensure a seamless, white-glove customer experience
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating delivery routes and crews
  • Track deliveries, confirm completion, and flag issues before they become problems
  • Support drivers and operations staff with real-time administrative needs
  • Help ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
  • Assist with invoicing, paperwork, and payment coordination
  • Order office supplies and support general office organization
  • Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to continuously improve workflows
