About The Position

J. J. Keller is looking for an Office Operations Support Specialist to join our Service Operations team! J. J. As part of our Service Operations team, you will process client requests for our Drug & Alcohol, Driver Qualification and Vehicle Services in a timely and accurate manner. This position works closely with clients, vendors, state contacts and team members to meet client expectations. This position will work at our Corporate Campus in Neenah, WI.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 1+ years of experience in operational support.
  • Must be proficient in the use of a PC and have the ability to navigate between multiple screens and computer programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Strong detail orientation.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to participate in background check/fingerprinting requirements at state or local authorities to obtain access as needed to fulfill services.

Nice To Haves

  • In lieu, will consider a combination of experience and post-secondary education.
  • Experience in highly regulated industry a plus or ability to learn complex regulatory standards.
  • Desire to meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Audits, indexes, and completes drug & alcohol informational documents, such as COC, BAT's, and Affidavits.
  • Audits driver qualification documents and drug & alcohol information for clients.
  • Identifies discrepancies, checks systems for pertinent information, and enters information into applicable systems.
  • Assists with assembly of random selection packets, generation of ePassports and/or sending of random selection information to appropriate parties.
  • Independently utilizes internal and external resources (state websites, vendors, training, experience) to determine the correct and most efficient method to complete the work order.
  • Works with Client Service Specialists to obtain and/or validate client information. Updates information in all applicable systems.
  • Maintains knowledge of the applicable local, state, and federal regulations that pertain to our service offerings.
  • Maintains confidentiality of client information under the FCRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory entities. Adheres to the department's data security policies pertaining to Personal Identification Information.
