About The Position

The Operations Coordinator ensures all business-related processes and activities are completed timely and efficiently, while providing a positive client and consultant experience. Making an Impact: Serves as liaison for ManpowerGroup field leadership to execute on front and back-office operational tasks and processes including but not limited to: New Hires, Conversions, Changes and Terminations. Provide assistance with specialty processes per field request. Establish rapport and trust with integrity and honesty across diverse stakeholder groups including sales, recruiting, field operations, back-office operations, and employee relations escalations. Act as a partner to the leadership team to provide a positive experience for clients and consultants. Known in communities of relevance and looked to for expertise and attention to detail. Act as a subject matter expert for assigned processes. Your Typical Day and Other Key Details: Working closely with external suppliers to obtain and vet agreement and compliance documents (certificate of insurance, W9, etc.) Lead or consult on communication related to updated processes and procedures Demonstrate strong customer service and responsiveness to stakeholders. Consistently and accurately execute on all requests received. Supports markets nationally. Monitor multiple mailboxes for incoming requests. Take action/resolve all requests with complete information within 48 hours. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc), Ability to converse with various levels of staff via email, text or phone as necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.

Nice To Haves

  • Education: Associate Degree or comparable industry experience
  • 2-4 Years Support Experience with proven customer service skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products
