Responsibilities

  • Manage Overall Building Operations: Maintain all NIMA inventory, product orders, building and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure spending is within budget dedicated to Operations
  • Manage and track product sales and backbar usage monthly, bi annually & yearly to assist in ensuring vendor account status is in good standing
  • Overall inventory and ordering management between both spa and educational facilities including Retail, backbar, consumables, disposables, medical supplies and kits.
  • Inventory and assemble student kits on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for unpacking shipments to the Institute and Spa.
  • Manage student, staff, swag, vendor orders through Shopify. This includes ordering, packing, and distributing all orders.
  • Must be extremely efficient in Google Sheets
  • Maintain monthly tracking of revenue from Shopify and Microsite Sales
  • Responsible for all product returns
  • Manage any request for office supplies
  • Help facilitate ordering for furniture
  • Manage extra hour opportunities and organization days for students
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and management including repairs, shipping, storage, inventory.
  • Oversee facility cleaning, and schedule quarterly deep cleans
  • Handle all miscellaneous coordination efforts to ensure that the campus runs smoothly and is tour ready
  • Consistent availability and communication with VP’s/Directors/Instructors/CAM’s
  • Coordinate with and maintain Rep relationships for Spa and Education with ordering needs.
  • Manage keys and fobs for employees
  • Update SDS Binder as needed.
