About the Role: The Operations Coordinator provides overall management of all residential operations (under the direction of the Director of Residence Life), monitors residential facilities in partnership with Facilities Management, and maintains strong working relationships with key campus partners and is the main point of contact for students and parents when they have Residence Life questions. This position is a member of the Residence Life professional staff team, which consists of the Director of Residence Life, Assistant Director for Residential Education, Assistant Director for Residential Support, Area Coordinators, and Hall Directors.
