The Operations Coordinator is an integral part of the Coverage team and will work with the Senior Manager, case staff, and offshore vendors to ensure smooth execution of Coverage requests. You will be responsible for independently communicating with case staff and insurance carriers to obtain pertinent insurance policy details. Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to: Quality assurance of the Coverage request process Proactive and effective communication with the Senior Manager, case staff, and offshore vendors Investigation management Take initiative in tracking and anticipating market developments Propose departmental process updates to remain ahead of market needs
