Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Highly tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory management, logistics, or operations support
• Experience using Redspot or other asset tracking systems
• Experience working in a medical device or healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory across multiple locations
• Track and document company assets using the Redspot inventory management system
• Maintain accurate inventory records and asset status
• Receive, organize, and distribute medical device inventory
• Use Microsoft Excel to track inventory levels, maintain reports, and monitor operational data
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ensure inventory areas remain organized and properly documented
• Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure required equipment and inventory are available for cases
• Support daily operational processes that allow the sales team to function efficiently
