About The Position

Sales closes the deal. You make it real. Our advisors secure the customer. Your job is to ensure every order is executed accurately, completely, and on time across multiple provider systems. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and like structured, process-driven work — this role will feel satisfying. What You’ll Do When a sale is completed, you take ownership of the order. What a typical day looks like: Process service orders across multiple provider systems and portals Review advisor notes to make sure every order is accurate and complete Reach out to customers when needed to confirm information or move-in timelines Resolve discrepancies before they create problems Communicate with sales advisors and providers when issues arise Track order progress and make sure installations and activations move forward Keep clean, organized documentation in our CRM Follow established processes and checklists to ensure accuracy You’ll manage multiple active orders at once and move them through a structured workflow each day. This is a high-volume administrative role that requires focus, speed, and accuracy. Requirements

  • Comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs and systems at once
  • A strong written communicator
  • Able to speak with customers to confirm information when needed
  • Organized and deadline-oriented
  • Reliable and consistent
  • Able to work in-office Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
