Position Summary As the Operations Controller, you will manage all accounting activity for the assigned location and support the Regional Director of Finance with financial operations across the region. This position will oversee $15M in managed volume and requires strong financial acumen, accuracy, and the ability to partner closely with operations leaders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue control and financial reporting
  • Strong QuickBooks expertise required
  • Ability to prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and KPI reports
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and collaborative relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment
  • Demonstrates the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in foodservice, hospitality, or retail industry strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile and analyze multiple balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare and analyze financial results for internal and external reporting
  • Track and maintain monthly P&L and balance sheet activity
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models; identify risks and opportunities
  • Review general ledger and balance sheet for accuracy and consistency
  • Resolve accounting and reconciliation discrepancies
  • Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; support audit activities
  • Maintain inventory and cost control systems
  • Administer Payroll and Human Resources processes
  • Manage financial activities tied to approximately $15M in annual managed volume
  • Support additional duties and special projects as assigned
