A LEGOLAND® Operations Controller ensures the Resort runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently each day. Acting as the central communication hub, this role monitors real-time park operations, coordinates between departments, and supports teams to deliver an awesome, seamless guest experience — built one brick at a time. The ideal candidate offers a strong foundation in data entry, documentation, or administrative workflow management (Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel), paired with exceptional attention to detail and reliability. Availability to work a Friday through Tuesday schedule is essential.
