About The Position

The Operations & Compliance Manager is a highly adaptable, cross-functional leader who bridges the gap between executive operational support and corporate risk management. Sitting within the Operations Department, this role ensures that internal workflows, critical documentation, and high-level corporate projects are executed seamlessly. This position plays a vital role in protecting the business by owning corporate contracts, managing all insurance policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Simultaneously, the Manager acts as a key operational liaison; driving communication, documenting critical leadership meetings, and tracking action items to ensure organizational alignment and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, compliance, risk management, or high-level executive support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and team communication tools (e.g., Slack).
  • Experience with contract and document management, as well as exposure to corporate insurance administration.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with direct sales, affiliate, or artist-based business models is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and retain a Master list of all corporate contracts, actively managing renewals, compliance, and documentation in partnership with legal counsel.
  • Oversee and manage all corporate insurance policies, leading renewals, coverage assessments, and claims support.
  • Maintain comprehensive corporate file management systems, ensuring all project documentation, contracts, and operational records are systematically organized and securely stored.
  • Manage business, affiliate, and sales tax licenses across domestic and international markets.
  • Manage product compliance in all active markets.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, identify operational risks, and ensure ongoing organizational compliance.
  • Ensure vendor and third-party compliance with licensing and insurance requirements.
  • Attend key leadership meetings to take detailed, actionable minutes.
  • Track and follow up on post-meeting deliverables, ensuring cross-functional teams meet their assigned deadlines without requiring constant executive oversight.
  • Assist in the rollout of specialized corporate operations projects.
  • Confirm inventory is in place for upcoming product launches.
  • Draft, format, edit, and distribute critical operational documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Oversee corporate facilities maintenance, safety protocols, and vendor coordination.
  • Act as a seamless communication bridge between the VP of Operations, the executive team, and department heads.
  • Oversee the review and compliance of assigned expense reports.
  • Ensure sensitive corporate information is tightly controlled.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Seint corporate strategies, unreleased products, and executive initiatives.
