Be part of Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union Summer Intern Class of 2026! RBFCU is seeking talented and motivated students for our Summer 2026 Internship Program located at our Live Oak Administrative Service Center. This year’s 12-week program will run from May 18th - August 7th and is an excellent opportunity for students to gain knowledge within their field of study and to immerse themselves into our credit union philosophy of “people helping people.” The intern selected for this position will work with the Operations Compliance team within the Operations Compliance Department. The selected intern will gain exposure with hands-on learning and support to help the credit union maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures. The Intern will gain practical experience by assisting with research and responding to basic compliance-related questions, support the compliance team with monitoring activities and control testing to better understand compliance risk management and learn about complaint management by assisting with the documentation, tracking and review of member complaints for areas such as Branch Operations, Payment Services, Member Service Center, Remote Member Assistance and Central Operations. Within the duration of the internship, each student will meet regularly with their RBFCU mentor to receive guidance, support, and feedback. Each intern will receive a final evaluation to assess their performance, review goals, and discuss developmental needs. In addition to practical on-the-job training, interns will be challenged with assignments relevant to credit union business needs. Based on several key factors, interns may be considered for program extensions or offered full-time employment upon graduation.
