About The Position

Be part of Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union Summer Intern Class of 2026! RBFCU is seeking talented and motivated students for our Summer 2026 Internship Program located at our Live Oak Administrative Service Center. This year’s 12-week program will run from May 18th - August 7th and is an excellent opportunity for students to gain knowledge within their field of study and to immerse themselves into our credit union philosophy of “people helping people.” The intern selected for this position will work with the Branch Operations Analyst and Product Manager Groups team within the Branch Support Department. The selected intern will gain exposure to The College Internship Program at RBFCU is designed to prepare students for a long-term professional career within the credit union. Interns will gain comprehensive experience in Branch Operations, including exposure to department methodologies, processes, and procedures. This program is structured to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience required to succeed in a competitive business environment. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, participate in operational analysis, and support initiatives that improve member experience and organizational efficiency. Within the duration of the internship, each student will meet regularly with their RBFCU mentor to receive guidance, support, and feedback. Each intern will receive a final evaluation to assess their performance, review goals, and discuss developmental needs. In addition to practical on-the-job training, interns will be challenged with assignments relevant to credit union business needs. Based on several key factors, interns may be considered for program extensions or offered full-time employment upon graduation. Requirements

  • Students should be currently enrolled at an accredited university, in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in preferably in Business, Finance, Product Management, or Data Analytics.

  • Strong academic record (3.0 GPA preferred)
