Position Summary The Operations Changeover Crew will assist in event setup activities, operations for the facility and provides responsible staff assistance to the Director of Operations. The Cross Insurance Arena Operations Department is seeking motivated individuals to join our team for the upcoming events season. We are hiring multiple positions for our Operations Changeover Crew. This is a great entry level position for anyone looking to break into the sports and entertainment industry. As part of the Operations Department/Bull Crew, you will assist in the arena conversion from ice hockey to multi-purpose use for concerts, trade shows, comedy acts, monster trucks, Disney on Ice, etc. This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.75 to $20.00. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until May 8, 2026. About the Venue The Cross Insurance Arena is located in Portland, ME and home of the Maine Mariners ECHL hockey team. Our arena hosts events ranging from hockey games, comedy acts, concerts and trade shows with a total fixed seating capacity of 6200 and max capcity of 8100.
