About The Position

The Role: This role will serve as a f ront-line Operations Associate and aid in the production processing work across the factory’s 24/7 compressed shifts. In this role, you will set up production equipment, prepare raw materials for production, and perform verif ications of materials to complete the production batches successfully. Skills needed for a successful Operations Associate are critical thinking and problem solving, a ttention to detail and quality focused mindset. The schedule for this opening is 5:30AM-6PM Sunday-Tuesday, rotating Wednesdays (A-Shift). What You’ll Do : Work with internal resources to resolve problems. Ensure adherence to department policies, procedures, regulatory compliance, and environmental health and safety requirements. Provide input into process procedures as . Set up machinery by positioning parts, loading materials, and entering specifications in accordance with engineering parameters . Monitor one or more stages of the manufacturing process while equipment is running. Assess the quality of products and identify any nonconformities . Regularly inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on machinery to keep it in good working order . Complet e productivity reports, detailing the number of parts or products made during each shift .

Requirements

  • Have proficiency in windows-based computer applications.
  • Ability to read and write in the English language.
  • Ability to read specs and following work instructions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic .
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour shift, on your feet, and lift up to 40 pounds.
