Your focus will include staffing, safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. You’ll work across teams to keep operations efficient, maintain inventory control, and drive best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in warehouse operations, 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and WMS systems.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Flexibility with work hours and days.

Nice To Haves

  • Distribution experience.
  • Budget management and Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities across departments.
  • Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping processes.
  • Ensure materials and products are available on time.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility.
  • Enforce OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards.
  • Conduct safety audits, lead incident investigations, and provide training.
  • Lead and develop supervisors and team members.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and training.
  • Foster engagement, retention, and teamwork.
  • Review operational reports and budgets.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Partner with Continuous Improvement (CI) Team.
  • Maintain SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Meet service level and quality goals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
