We're looking for an independently driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations Team. In this role, you'll manage an outbound agent team focused on retaining active patients who are at risk of churning and re-engaging patients who have recently cancelled. You'll be responsible for the full and complete ownership of agent management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
