What You’ll Do: We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Retention Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is a junior-level role focused on supporting the day-to-day execution of our customer loyalty program, direct mail initiatives, and promotional campaigns. You will be the “engine room” for our retention efforts ensuring creative assets move through the pipeline, promotions are live on-site, and our loyalty members are getting the best possible experience. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with ~1 year of marketing experience to learn the ropes of a high-growth DTC brand and contribute to a world-class retention strategy.
