About The Position

XS Brokers is recruiting for an Operations Assistant based in the Quincy, Ma office. This person would work Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm. The Operations Assistant would be the primary backup to the receptionist and provide additional phone support daily.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Min 2 years or more of administrative experience or office support experience
  • Strong data entry and document management skills
  • Experience in handling phone calls, emails and correspondence professionally
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Problem solving skills and sound judgment in day-to-day task handling
  • Ability to Communicate effectively in a professional manner on the phone and in emails

Responsibilities

  • Answering the phones / general mailbox
  • Opening the mail
  • Risk Clears in afternoon
  • Loss Run
  • Binder Step
  • Policy Number Registers
  • Issuing notices of cancellation/rescission (Backup)
  • Premium Finance Review Notices (Backup)
  • Handle Premium Finance Review (Backup)
  • Other duties as assigned.
