Requirements

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
One or more-years’ experience in the trucking industry or customer service
Data Entry Speed and Accuracy.
Able to multi-task effectively.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Use of copier, fax, computer and scanner required.
Basic knowledge of record keeping.

Responsibilities

Correspond with customers and confer with coworkers to answer inquiries.
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information and address complaints.
Perform clerical tasks, such as answering phones and file documents or records
May include other duties as assigned by Management
