Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience accepted.
  • 1–3 years in an administrative or operations role, ideally in a legal or professional setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ProLaw or iManage a plus.
  • Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, a vehicle, and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office tasks, including stocking printers and maintaining the copy center.
  • Organize and maintain client files (physical and digital).
  • Handle incoming mail and general office errands.
  • Keep conference rooms and shared spaces clean and organized.
  • Set up and clean out workspaces for new and departing employees.
  • Assist with firm events and provide general administrative support.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
