This full-time role provides critical administrative, reporting, and coordination support to Operations, Safety, QA/QC, and field leadership. Requirements

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general data-entry applications.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to follow up and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in operations, construction, or oil & gas fields preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

  • Collect, verify, and process employee time entries and expense submissions; ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Books and reviews hotel invoices, verify rates against online listings, and identify cost comparisons.
  • Track safety metrics, ensure documentation is complete, and assist with maintaining accurate safety records.
  • Support Operations Management team with scheduling all safety/compliance requirements and working with third party vendors to ensure all gaps are closed.
  • Route and submitting all QA/QC paperwork directly to the appropriate personnel; maintain organized filing.
  • Manage field bonus tracking, verify eligibility, and coordinate with Payroll for accurate payouts.
  • Perform utilization data entry with high accuracy and create routine reports for management team.
  • Maintain current manpower rosters and provide daily/weekly updates to operations leadership.
  • Assist with any business need as it arises.
