Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination and dispatching (required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with phone systems and scheduling software
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A proactive, customer-first mindset
Valid Driver’s License (required)

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatch
Ensure technicians are routed efficiently and arrive on time
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details
Support the sales team with administrative coordination and follow-ups
Contribute to sales growth through upselling, lead management, and customer engagement
