Role and Responsibilities: 1. Backs-up LPL Financial Advisors and LPL Operations Administrator. 2. Performs transactions and maintenance in client accounts 3. Helps manage client relationships by answering phones and scheduling appointments. 4. Maintains client files and records to keep in line with compliance guidelines. 5. Maintains contact management system 6. Has helpful attitude with co-workers and customers. 7. Employee has regular and prompt attendance. 8. Strives to improve efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings. 9. Performs other duties assigned by supervisor. 10. Completes all training assigned by HR, IT, Compliance, BSA, LPL and supervisor on a timely basis. 11. Follows IT Security Policies and Procedures, including the diligent reporting of phishing emails.
