  • Provide administrative support: schedule meetings, manage calendars, handle correspondence.
  • Maintain and update files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct research and gather information.
  • Perform office duties: photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements.
  • Monitor news and social media.
  • Able to interpret written and verbal instructions with accuracy and follow through to completion without requiring repeated clarification.
  • Takes ownership of assigned projects, ensuring all dependencies and deliverables are tracked and completed.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Professional communication with clients and industry professionals.
