About The Position

Lead the creation, review, and delivery of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications and internal standards. Develop compelling, accurate, and competitive proposals in collaboration with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams. Manage RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) from receipt to submission. Interpret client requirements and ensure proposals meet all technical and commercial criteria. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external clients during the proposal lifecycle. Facilitate scope meetings and clarify requirements to ensure alignment. Implement deal governance initiatives to reduce non-standard commitments and improve proposal quality. Manage non-standard quotes and deals to ensure accurate quotes and approval on non-standard T&Cs. Maintain templates, tools, and best practices for proposal development. Track and report key performance metrics such as bid volume, win rate, and turnaround time. Drive continuous improvement in proposal processes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bids and proposals or procurement-related roles
  • Understanding of RFx lifecycle, quotings and procurement processes
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and proposal management tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred certifications: APMP; CPSM is a plus
  • Background in technology
  • Experience in stakeholder management and change management
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and compliance requirements
