About The Position

Dental Dreams / KOS Services LLC is seeking a detail oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support operations across our growing network of dental offices. This role is based at our corporate headquarters in downtown Chicago and plays a key role in provider scheduling, operational reporting, and facilities coordination. Requirements

Strong organizational and analytical skills
High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Clear and professional communication skills
Experience in healthcare, dental, operations, or administrative roles preferred
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or similar preferred
Previous Healthcare / Dental experience preferred
1-3 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

Prepare weekly performance reports showing production
Partner with office managers and regional leaders to ensure accurate, efficient scheduling
Maintain and update dentist schedules and provider calendars across multiple locations
Compile and analyze quarterly vendor and spending data to identify trends and cost patterns
Maintain Excel‑based reports and trackers with a high level of accuracy
Support leadership with operational data and reporting needs
Coordinate facility maintenance with external vendors
