Rowe Price, Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our fast-growing team is united around reindustrializing American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond The Role: As an Operations Analyst , you will partner with stakeholders across operations and supply chain to support a business scaling across many factories. You will work with large-scale manufacturing data to deliver clear, actionable insights on margins, delivery performance, and production bottlenecks. This role owns ad-hoc analysis, self-service reporting, and dashboard development. You will build and maintain scalable data models, support cost attribution and throughput reporting, and track delivery risk against production targets. You will also identify data quality issues and partner with Data Engineering to improve data reliability and pipeline performance. This is a high-impact role open across experience levels, with opportunities to grow into data engineering or software-focused paths.
