About The Position

The Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting Codal's C-Suite, Global Operations Teams, and Department Leads — serving as a critical link across the organization's most important functions. This position encompasses a broad range of high-impact responsibilities that drive ongoing organizational success while directly enabling both client-facing teams and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment — someone who can confidently juggle competing priorities, stay meticulously organized, and deliver strategic insight that moves the needle.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Operations experience, a Financial-oriented background is preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced in Excel & previous analytical experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking skills & ability to create solutions backed by data
  • Experience working with a PSA tool and an Expense Management tool
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex, multi-source data to uncover business opportunities, identify operational enhancements, and develop strategic solutions that drive organizational growth.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across internal workflows and processes, leveraging technology to reduce manual effort, increase efficiency, and free up organizational capacity for higher-impact work.
  • Partner with Management and cross-departmental leads to streamline and elevate operational workflows in alignment with Codal's best practices.
  • Translate data into actionable insights by conducting comparative analyses, presenting key findings to leadership, and championing well-informed solutions and strategies.
  • Monitor Codal's project portfolio and internal systems by tracking key metrics, identifying emerging trends, and delivering forward-thinking recommendations grounded in historical performance.
  • Own the end-to-end creation and execution of monthly departmental and office budget reports — surfacing trends, forecasting financial spend, and presenting actuals to key stakeholders.
  • Establish and enforce cost analysis policies and procedures, guiding the organization toward more disciplined and efficient financial decision-making.
  • Strengthen financial health by rigorously analyzing results, monitoring variances, and proactively identifying trends that impact the organization's bottom line.
  • Reconcile and support the processing of monthly expense reports against bank statements, ensuring full compliance with Codal's company policies.
  • Own and manage Codal's vendor contracts and subscriptions across the full lifecycle — including renewals, negotiations, utilization tracking, and internal database management.
  • Conduct regular audits of internal systems to ensure ongoing compliance and adherence to Codal's operational best practices.
