We are looking for an Operations Analyst to be part of the Enrollments, Settlements, and Payments team who will be considered a subject matter expert in the market(s) they support. This individual should proactively identify and solve problems with little to no guidance. In addition, this role requires individuals to communicate effectively, at a high level, with all functional groups including executive management. Success in this role requires the continual review and improvement of existing processes and procedures, particularly as the company implements new and upgraded support systems. Based on candidate location, our primary preference is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at our Baltimore, MD location three days per week (Tues/Wed/Thurs). Our secondary preference is remote.
