About The Position

As an Operations Analyst, you will work on-site alongside key stakeholders-up to and including SES-level leadership-to deliver high-quality, reliable, and proactive support across a broad and evolving mission set for a U.S. Army science and technology organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Department of Defense processes and demonstrate the flexibility and initiative needed to quickly learn customer-specific procedures. Candidates must be able to showcase expert proficiency with Microsoft 365 during the interview process.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience within the U.S. Army (preferred) or any DoD organization.
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify, plan, prioritize, and execute assigned and emergent tasks in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Experience planning, scheduling, and managing in-progress reviews for science and technology projects, as well as coordinating similar technical or programmatic forums.
• Proven ability to recognize and execute tasks essential to the customer's mission-while maintaining awareness of the appropriate boundaries between contractor decision space and government authority.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint) with the ability to produce concise, accurate, and professional spreadsheets, briefings, and documentation, including Adobe Acrobat products.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with U.S. Army acquisition processes.
• Background in U.S. Army science and technology development.
• Experience documenting, tracking, or managing government property.
• Familiarity with Army or DoD budgeting processes; financial management experience is a plus.
• Active Top Secret clearance preferred.
