About The Position

The Operations Analyst Senior Tech position at ARMA Global, a subsidiary of GDIT, supports a critical mission in Fayetteville, NC. This role involves providing extensive subject matter support, including analytical assistance for due diligence packets, profile maintenance, and monitoring and analysis of consumer data portfolios. The analyst will conduct public record, business, credit, and Internet research, as well as industry analysis using various data sources like social media and open-source databases to create products. Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and evaluating data for force protection and identity data management, recommending mitigation strategies for vulnerabilities, and identifying communication links and networks. The role also entails performing link analysis, coordinating with other disciplines and partner organizations, and staying updated on relevant technologies. The analyst will have opportunities to support additional operational execution duties and may assist in preparing threat assessments. The position requires the ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to global plan development.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of related experience either Military or Civilian Equivalent
  • Associate degree
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Military Experience, Special Operations
  • Excellent Communications
  • Experience with data providers, data flow, data analytics and assessments, operational risk assessments, threats and threat mitigation strategies
  • Commercial ID applications and solutions experience
  • Experience conducting online research and analysis for discover, vulnerabilities, and threats
  • Experience with knowledge management, legal implications of identity data and US policy in conducting offensive and defensive cyber operations
  • Technical skills: Microsoft office

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support necessary to generate due diligence packets
  • Perform profile maintenance
  • Conduct Information monitoring and analysis of consumer data portfolios
  • Conduct public record/business/credit and Internet research
  • Conduct industry analysis using a variety of data sources to include (social media, Internet, Commercial and Open-Source Databases) to create products
  • Gather, analyze, and evaluate data pertaining to operations, and organizations in support of force protection and identity data management efforts
  • Recommend mitigation efforts to identify vulnerabilities and risks
  • Identify communication links and associated networks
  • Conduct development and provide recommendations in support of future technical collection and targeting efforts
  • Perform link analysis on new and existing networks in order to identify access vectors and vulnerabilities
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines and partner organizations to produce thorough and reliable products
  • Maintain an active understanding of relevant technologies and services while being prepared to include emerging tools and procedures as necessary
  • Support additional duties beyond the prescribed functions becoming integrated and trained to support and compliment operational execution
  • Assist in preparing assessment of current threats and trends based on the research and analysis of intelligence data
  • Work independently and meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate participation and input in the development of global plans
  • Consult with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects
  • Serve as advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation
