Job Description: The Operations Administrator provides critical leadership for their assigned departments and oversight for high-impact projects aligned with the hospital’s strategic priorities. In collaboration with the Market President and Senior Management Team, this role drives progress on key initiatives, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and ensures timely communication and accountability across the organization. The leader may also work directly with the Board of Trustees or the Market President’s direct reports on various operational strategies and enterprise-level projects. This role will also further the individual’s development as a junior executive and prepare the Administrator for a senior management track within a BILH hospital.
