About The Position

We are looking for someone to join our amazing adventure! We are looking for a super-responsible and hands-on, people person, energetic, and highly organized Operation Office Manager to join us at Exodigo for an interesting, challenging, and dynamic position. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the administration of our US OPS employees, training, certifications, and other departments in various areas and more. The ideal candidate will sit on the East Coast and will work remotely with flexibility to travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in a similar role in engineering, construction or high-tech company
  • Strong organizational management and planning skills
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Team player with a positive "can do" attitude
  • Solution oriented.

  • English - High level

Responsibilities

  • Vendor & Supplier Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth operations.
  • Safety & Compliance: Manage safety procedures, training, and certifications for field operations employees.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Administer the budgets that are established by the project PMs and others for equipment, company vehicles, food, clothing, and other operational resources, ensuring optimal allocation and usage.
  • Employee Job Satisfaction: Creating and maintaining a healthy work environment, making sure employees' needs are answered.
  • Equipment: Maintaining accurate stock levels and managing orders for field wear, ensuring that all items are available when needed. This includes monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, processing requests, and keeping records up to date to support smooth operations for field teams. This will require coordination with USA and global based operations and logistics staff.
  • Attendance: Ensuring employees work hours and benefits are accurately recorded and maintained.
  • 3rd Party: Coordinating with PM's and ops team leaders to help our teams with field partners procurement and performance tracking.
