As the Operations Account Representative, you will be responsible for the operational management of client relationships, providing quality service by maintaining client accounts (pipeline management); including managing aged loans, leading regular client calls, and following up on escalations as needed. You'll be responsible for managing active loan pipelines ensuring they are reviewed within established metrics. You'll also participate in client calls to identify remediation solutions and provide feedback and solutions on internal and external trends to drive operational efficiency. Manage a pipeline of up to 50 clients. Communicate with clients on a regular basis, maintaining specific communication SLA's. Review documentation, clearing or creating conditions as needed. Conduct all withdraw/cancellation requests. Run daily reporting, managing aged loans, etc. Move a seller's pipeline forward towards funding.
