Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced: Operational Systems Engineer You'll be part of a multi-faceted team of computer operators, SME's, and systems experts with a joint task of developing web-based systems that improve the efficiency, usability, automation and standardization of our project. You will contribute to the design, development, and testing of applications using modern development standards and best practices. Requirements

  • Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
  • A background in computer science, informational technology, cyber security, cyber forensics, engineering, and other related disciplines.
  • Proven ability to design and develop integrated network solutions using Linux and traditional appliance network devices.
  • 3+ years of experience working in software engineering, applications development and/or web application development and deployment.
  • 3+ years with Object Oriented Programming such as Python and Ruby.
  • 3+ years of experience in full stack development (Javascript, VueJS, NodeJS, Angular, HTML, CSS, etc.).
  • A strong foundation in Linux, and working in a Linux environment.
  • Strong foundational experience in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMs) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and maintain technical infrastructure, including AWS Elastic Cloud 2 (EC2), AWS Lambdas, SQS, Apache HTTPD, and more.
  • Familiarity with Restful Web Services.
