ImageFIRST invites you to join our Operational Fellowship Program—an 12-week, hands-on leadership development experience designed to translate your military leadership into operational excellence in the private sector.This fellowship is ideal for JMOs participating in the Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program, offering a direct pathway into full-time leadership roles within ImageFIRST’s rapidly growing healthcare laundry services organization. Program Highlights Duration: 12 weeks (full-time)Eligibility: Active-duty JMOs within 180 days of separation or recently transitioned veteransLocation: Various ImageFIRST locations nationwide

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead Daily Operations: Take an active role in managing plant floor activities, route logistics, and service delivery within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement changes that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Engage with Customers: Participate in customer visits and service reviews to understand the impact of operational excellence and build client relationship skills.
  • Manage Teams: Apply your leadership skills by working directly with production associates, drivers, and supervisors to meet daily goals and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Analyze and Act: Use performance data and KPIs to inform decisions, track progress, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Executives: Work alongside General Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, and other senior leaders who are committed to your development and success.
