This fellowship is ideal for JMOs participating in the Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program, offering a direct pathway into full-time leadership roles within ImageFIRST’s rapidly growing healthcare laundry services organization. Program Highlights Duration: 12 weeks (full-time) Eligibility: Active-duty JMOs within 180 days of separation or recently transitioned veterans Location: Various ImageFIRST locations nationwide What You’ll Experience The ImageFIRST Operational Fellowship is a highly immersive, hands-on experience that places you at the heart of our operations. From day one, you’ll be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities and empowered to lead. During your fellowship, you will: Lead Daily Operations: Take an active role in managing plant floor activities, route logistics, and service delivery within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Drive Process Improvements: Identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement changes that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency. Engage with Customers: Participate in customer visits and service reviews to understand the impact of operational excellence and build client relationship skills. Manage Teams: Apply your leadership skills by working directly with production associates, drivers, and supervisors to meet daily goals and foster a culture of accountability. Analyze and Act: Use performance data and KPIs to inform decisions, track progress, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Collaborate with Executives: Work alongside General Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, and other senior leaders who are committed to your development and success.
